FAQs

First time visiting our Port Orange campus? Here's what you need to know.

Contact Us
Where do I park?
Parking

You can park anywhere on the east side of our building, just to the right as you turn in. We also have a grass lot available for parking. You will see signs and banners directing you to parking, and our parking lot greeters will also be available to help you find a spot.

Is there coffee available?
Sunday

Yes! We provide free, fresh coffee from Foxtail Coffee.

What is the vibe of this campus?
Sunday

Similar to other Salty campuses, our Port Orange campus is laid-back, family-oriented, and welcoming to all. It’s a place where you can relax, be yourself, and feel free to explore faith at your own pace.

How long is the service?
Sunday

Our weekend service typically lasts 50-60 minutes. It includes worship music, a message, and time to connect with others.

What is the worship like?
Sunday

Worship at Salty is modern, engaging, and authentic. It usually lasts about 15-20 minutes. Our worship is designed to help people connect with God. You’re free to participate in whatever way feels comfortable for you.

What happens during Connection Time?
Sunday

Every week, we take time to connect with God and with each other, continuing our worship through Connection Time. It’s a 3-4 minute moment in our service where you can feel free to connect with others, grab a coffee or donut refill, pray, take communion, and practice generosity.

What should I wear?
Sunday

Wear something comfortable that can get wet. Many people wear dark shorts or swimwear, and Salty provides all those getting baptized with a t-shirt and a towel.

Is there childcare available?
Sunday

Yes. SaltyKids provides a safe and engaging environment for children during the service. Our trained volunteers help kids learn about Jesus in a fun, age-appropriate way. If it’s your first time, plan to arrive a few minutes early so we can help get your child checked in.

Are there midweek service options?
Midweek

Our Port Orange campus offers several midweek opportunities to connect and grow, including Groups at Salty, workshops and classes, events, and more! Check out our latest schedule at salty.org/events.

Who can I contact if I have more questions?

Our team would love to help. You can stop by the Welcome Counter before or after the service or contact us at office@salty.org for more information. You can also reach our Port Orange campus pastor at tom@salty.org.

Can I take communion if I’m visiting?
Sunday

Yes. Communion elements are available through the service located at tables around our worship area, in The Boardroom and on the porch. You are free to take communion at any time before, during, or after the service.
